   Brass Tubes

Brass is used in manufacturing various materials i.e. ranging from door knockers to inserts; every thing is made up of brass. It is so because brass can easily melt and thus it can be carved or shaped in to any shape. Brass tubes are one such invention of brass, which are widely used by people throughout the world. Brass tubes come in various shapes with varying length or thickness in each case. Brass tubes are mostly used in household purposes, where low friction is applied. The tubes that one finds in the bathroom are generally made up of brass. This is because brass offers high resistance to moisture and does not get rusted. Brass tubes can also be used as a decorative accessory as they offers bright glaze similar to that of gold on being polished. Brass tubes finds its uses in various purposes like writing industries or in manufacturing of meters, precision instruments, TV antennas, electronic appliances and many more. Slowly but steadily, brass tubes are substituting other metallic tubes in all sectors of work. Shree Khodal Industrial Company in India is the leading manufacturer of brass tubes . The most common uses of brass tubes are brass tubes for chemical industries, brass tubes for fertilizers, brass tubes for oil processing, brass tubes for textile machinery, brass tubes for synthetic fibers, brass tubes for power plants, brass tubes for dairy etc.

   Brass Bright Bars

To enhance the machinability of brass, lead is often added. However, due to a recently passed bill in California, lead-free brass (brass containing less than 0.25% lead) must be used for "each component that comes into contact with the wetted surface of pipes and pipe fittings, plumbing fittings and fixtures." This law takes effect July 1, 2010. In response, manufacturers have come up with alloys that rely on ingredients other than lead to enhance machinability. In at least one instance, silicon is used. However, when silicon is used in a brass alloy, the scrap must never be mixed with leaded brass scrap because of contamination and safety problems. Shree Khodal Industrial Company is the manufacturer exporter of brass bright bars. The most common uses of brass bright bars are brass bright bars for chemical industries, brass bright bars for fertilizers, brass bright bars for oil processing, brass bright bars for textile machinery, brass bright bars for synthetic fibers, brass bright bars for power plants, brass bright bars for dairy etc.

   Brass Plates

Brass is any alloy of copper and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied to create a range of brasses with varying properties. In comparison, bronze is principally an alloy of copper and tin. Despite this distinction, some types of brasses are called bronzes. Brass is a substitution alloy. It is used for decoration for its bright gold-like appearance; for applications where low friction is required such as locks, gears, bearings, doorknobs, ammunition, and valves; for plumbing and electrical applications; and extensively in musical instruments such as horns and bells for its acoustic properties. Shree Khodal Industrial Company in India is the leading manufacturer of brass plates . The most common uses of brass plates are brass plates for chemical industries, brass plates for fertilizers, brass plates for oil processing, brass plates for textile machinery, brass plates for synthetic fibers, brass plates for power plants, brass plates for dairy etc.

   Brass Flats

Brass has a muted yellow color, somewhat similar to gold. It is relatively resistant to tarnishing, and is often used as decoration and for coins. In antiquity, polished brass was often used as a mirror. Brass has higher malleability than copper or zinc. The relatively low melting point of brass (900 to 940°C, depending on composition) and its flow characteristics make it a relatively easy material to cast. By varying the proportions of copper and zinc, the properties of the brass can be changed, allowing hard and soft brasses. The density of brass is approximately 8400 to 8730 kilograms per cubic metre (equivalent to 8.4 to 8.73 grams per cubic centimetre). Today almost 90% of all brass alloys are recycled. Because brass is not ferromagnetic, it can be separated from ferrous scrap by passing the scrap near a powerful magnet. Brass scrap is collected and transported to the foundry where it is melted and recast into billets. Billets are heated and extruded into the desired form and size. Shree Khodal Industrial Company is the leading manufacturer and exporter of brass flats. The most common uses of brass flats are brass flats for chemical industries, brass flats for fertilizers, brass flats for oil processing, brass flats for textile machinery, brass flats for synthetic fibers, brass bright bars for power plants, brass bright bars for dairy etc.
