EWI offer a wide range of sanitary stainless steel fittings and piping components for the pharma, bio-tech, food, mineral water, beverage, dairy, cosmetics and allied process industries. Designs offfered include Tri-clamp, IDF, SMS, DIN, RJT, SJT and flange. They are offered in port sizes 1/4” to 4” .
The range offered includes bends, tees, junctions/cross, reducers, adaptors, nipples, flanges, pipe-holders, tubings, teflon hoses, sight glasss, flow indicators and serated stainless steel hoses.
The fittings are manufactured from quality SS 304/316/316L, duly buffed and electro -polished. All 'O' rings & gaskets are of food grade elastoners.
The fittings are free from sharp corners and un-cleanable pockets. The CIP design ensures cleaning of all product contact areas without dismantling the fittings. |

The range of butt-weld bends, tees and reducers are manufactured to tight tolerances of roundness and perpendicularly to facilitate accurate fabrication and orbital welding.
The fittings are duly annealed to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
