The standard specification for pipe fittings cover sizes of 1 in (25.4mm) and above. To meet the demand for smaller sizes of fittings we have developed a special range of 1/2 and 5/8" hygienic fittings.
The design of fittings has a flush, crevice-free joint, particularly suitable for in-place cleaning.
All contact parts are manufactured from type 316 stainless steel and are thus suitable for the vast majority of applications
CLAMP FITTINGS :
Clamp Fittings were originally introduced for permanent "CIP" lines. However, the ease and speed with which they can be dismantled and assembled confer advantages in systems subject to manual cleaning or frequent changeovers. This has led to their wide spread adoption in the USA and their increasing use in Europe.
The fittings illustrated here represent those most frequently used. Where required we can supply adapters and special fittings and assemblies with Clamp and fittings.
The Clamp Fittings can be connected directly to other clamp systems based on ISO standards.
