APPLICATION :
For the Sterile air venting of containers and tanks.
The housing are made from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, the surfaces are highly polished. Slits in the upper part of the top ensure complete drying out of the system after sterilization (avoids problems with entrapped moisture).
The housing base has a bayonet-type hold on the upper side and a beverage connector with female threaded nut on the underside/TC.

The Drawing below shows the housing for 1-high, 2-high, 3 - high standard cartridges.
The drawing shows the three parts of such a housing ( clamp, base and top part). The cut-outs in the base allow easy air movement in and out of the housing, and the slits in the upper part of the top ensure complete drying out of the system after steam sterilization (avoids problems with entrained moisture). The clamp is a spring-band, V-type. |
