Sanitary Stainless Steel Fittings
EWI offer a wide range of sanitary stainless steel fittings and piping components for the pharma, bio-tech, food, mineral water, beverage, dairy, cosmetics and allied process industries. Designs offfered include Tri-clamp, IDF, SMS, DIN, RJT, SJT and flange. They are offered in port sizes 1/4” to 4” .
The range offered includes bends, tees, junctions/cross, reducers, adaptors, nipples, flanges, pipe-holders, tubings, teflon hoses, sight glasss, flow indicators and serated stainless steel hoses.
The fittings are manufactured from quality SS 304/316/316L, duly buffed and electro -polished. All 'O' rings & gaskets are of food grade elastoners.
The fittings are free from sharp corners and un-cleanable pockets. The CIP design ensures cleaning of all product contact areas without dismantling the fittings.
The range of butt-weld bends, tees and reducers are manufactured to tight tolerances of roundness and perpendicularly to facilitate accurate fabrication and orbital welding.
The fittings are duly annealed to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
Ability to use accurate and hygienically orbital weld fittings with tube. Faster, better quality pipeline assemblies.
The complete Range :
In addition to the range illustrated here, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of specialized items from individual components to complete pipework sub-assemblies. Such items include reducing bends, reducing tees, long leg bends, eccentric reducers, crossed, manifolds and jacketed pipework.
- 1" (25.4MM), 1/2" (38.1MM)
- 2" (50.8MM), 21/2"(63.5MM)
- 3" (76.2MM), 4" (101.6MM)
SMALL STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS :
The standard specification for pipe fittings cover sizes of 1 in (25.4mm) and above. To meet the demand for smaller sizes of fittings we have developed a special range of 1/2 and 5/8" hygienic fittings.
The design of fittings has a flush, crevice-free joint, particularly suitable for in-place cleaning.
All contact parts are manufactured from type 316 stainless steel and are thus suitable for the vast majority of applications
CLAMP FITTINGS :
Clamp Fittings were originally introduced for permanent "CIP" lines. However, the ease and speed with which they can be dismantled and assembled confer advantages in systems subject to manual cleaning or frequent changeovers. This has led to their wide spread adoption in the USA and their increasing use in Europe.
The fittings illustrated here represent those most frequently used. Where required we can supply adapters and special fittings and assemblies with Clamp and fittings.
The Clamp Fittings can be connected directly to other clamp systems based on ISO standards.
Benefits which clamp fittings offer are :
- Hygienic, strong pipeline joints.
- Fast, easy dismantling and reassembly
- Flanged gaskets to ease assembly.
- Range of clamp designs to suit your installation requirements.
